So the election was this past Tuesday! As an objective journalist, I shouldn't be revealing any political affiliations, but I'd just like to say I did not vote for the person who chose SARAH PALIN as vice president. Thank god. Not so mavericky after all, Palin. You betcha'!
I watched Obama's acceptance speech the next day, and boy, I love how he can turn around a phrase and just make it pierce right through you. I teared...and am now in utter adoration. I also love Michelle Obama. I give her a four thumbs up (toes included) for not wearing those staid suits w/ pearls that most first ladies wear.
